Interview With Miss Josie

Thikrayat : What is your name ?
Josie : My name is Josie.

Thikrayat : Can you talk about your self ?

Josie : I was born ( Puerto Rico ). I am 42 years old and I am married and my husband name Javier. I have five children. I love to read  and I LOVE my ELS job!

Thikrayat : What was your first job ?

Josie : I worked at McDonalds for 1 year then I worked at a mall designing fashion windows. 

Thikrayat : Do you enjoy your job ?

Josie : Yes,  I love my job.

Thikrayat : What is your favorite book, movie and color?

Josie : My favorite book is “ La Amortajada “ by Maria L.Bombal. My favorite movies  are  “Somewhere in Time” &   “Gone With the Wind “.  My favorite color is white and brown.  

Thikrayat :What kind of student, do you like and don't like? 

Josie : I like students who are responsible, honest, on the time and that do their best. aI   don't like students who are not truthful, I  dislike cheating a lot.  I do not like students who do not try to do their best.  Grades are not that important if you try... the important thing is to do your best always! 

Nasser :  What about students that fail?  Students who repeat the level?

Josie :  What about them?  Failing is not always bad.  Sometimes a student needs a little bit more time in a level.  They need to practice more and get better at it.  If you tried your best but you failed, it is ok.  That means you need more time to develop your skills.  IF you fail because you did not do your work then that is another story.
