Meshal: Tell me about your self ?
M.r.Jerry : I'm center director for the ELS in Milwaukee before that I'm musician.
Meshal: What kind of musical instrument do you play ?
M.r.Jerry: base - electronic big
Meshal: What do yo want this job ?
Mr.Jerry:it's really challenging and very exciting to be with young people like yourself trying to better them by learning a language .it is fun and it's very rewarding to me.
Meshal: Are you enjoy in this job ?
M.r.Jerry: yes,I am.
Meshal: What do you know about ELS ?
M.r.Jerry: the company it's 50 years old it is growing very fast.
Meshal: What did you like this job or last job ?
M.r.Jerry: I like this job because this job much better , much more rewarding , much busier every thing is happing very quickly .
Meshal:What are you strengths ?
M.r.Jerry: I think I'm very good with people I get to knew people very well and help them and I'm also very good communicate to people .
Meshal: what do you think the role of ELS is in the introduction of student to university life?
M.r.Jerry: we teach you English in the way how classes well look like the university .we have a lot things to do with Marquette university looks at ELS.Meshal: do you think you can grow this ELS center ?
M.r.Jerry: yes, we are growing very fast it is unusual for have to new center . 75 a years 5 selection and 130 students.

The Tomb Sweeping Day
The Tomb Sweeping Day
Tomb sweeping day is an important Chinese festival. It began with ancestral Chinese people. In China, Chinese people call it qingming. It falls on April 5th every year. It is a time for us to remember ones who are dead, visit our ancestors, and sweep their tombs clean.
On that day, we also put some food in front of the tomb and burn some things which are made of paper. It means we let our ancestors eat the food and let them to use the burned things in the other world.
It is our Chinese custom. It is an important festival in China.

The Great Wall
The ancient Great Wall of China is a vast military construction built to resist the attack of Saibei nomads in different periods. The Great Wall stretches for thousands of miles. It is also known as the Wanlichangcheng. Existing remains of the Great Wall are the Ming Great Wall built in the 14th century. It was started from the west Jiayuguan , east to Liaodong mountain, with a length of 8851.8 km, an average height 6-7 meters and a width of 4-5 meters. The Great Wall is a miracle created by China's great ancient workers, and is witness to China's long history. It's considered a symbol of China, with Tiananmen Square and the Terracotta Warriors, all over the world .
